Dongdaemun-gu to hold water sports festival on Oct. 31
Seoul’s Dongdaemun-gu plans a water sports festival on Oct.
31, from noon to 6 p.m.
The event will take place at Imun Riverside Park beside the Jungnangcheon stream.
Participants who registered in advance will compete in kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
A flyboard performer will rise above the water, and the program also includes magic, bubble and martial arts shows, music and family activities.
The district opened its water sports education center at the park last year and offered kayak and paddleboard experiences from May through October this year.
The festival marks the end of this year’s program, with activities scheduled to run until 6 p.m.
