Rangers beat St Johnstone 4-0 as Kelsy scores twice

Rangers beat St Johnstone 4-0 at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Venezuela forward Kevin Kelsy scored twice after returning to the starting line-up, while Ryan Naderi and substitute Tochi Chukwuani also scored.

Kim Min-su helped create three goals with a pass, a shot that led to Naderi’s goal, and a corner for Kelsy’s second.

Rangers had dropped two points at Dundee the previous weekend, and manager Derek McInnes had urged his players to be brilliant.

The win leaves Rangers chasing Celtic, who can restore a four-point lead at the top if they beat Hibernian on Sunday.

Dundee United beat Aberdeen 3-2 to move up to fourth, one point behind Hearts; Aberdeen fell to ninth.
