Zenith finds gold across Dulcie Central corridor in Western Australia
Zenith Minerals found gold in 20 of 24 holes drilled at its Dulcie Central prospect in Western Australia.
The prospect lies in a 600-metre gap between the company’s Dulcie North and Dulcie deposits, and is outside the project's current 675,000-ounce resource.
Results included five metres grading 1.59 grams of gold per tonne, with a higher-grade section within that interval.
Zenith will assess whether the findings can support a first mineral resource estimate for Dulcie Central.
It is also preparing an 850-hole infill program to test several prospects and improve confidence in the geology, but the plan still needs approvals, funding and other arrangements.
Forrestania Resources now holds a 61.42 per cent stake in Zenith and aims to include its gold assets in a broader Western Australian mining strategy.
Zenith Minerals says drilling found gold mineralisation across Dulcie Central, a 600-metre corridor in Western Australia.
Twenty of the 24 holes drilled at the prospect intersected gold mineralisation.
The corridor is not included in the project’s current inferred resource of 675,000 ounces of gold.
Zenith is assessing whether the results can support a maiden mineral resource estimate at Dulcie Central.
The company is also preparing applications for an 850-hole infill drilling program across several prospects.
- Who
- Zenith Minerals. Managing director Andrew Smith commented on the results.
- What
- Drilling intersected gold mineralisation at Dulcie Central. Zenith is assessing the prospect for a maiden mineral resource estimate.
- When
- The results were reported on October 27, 2026.
- Where
- Dulcie Central, at the Consolidated Dulcie gold project in Western Australia.
- Why
- The drilling tested a 600-metre gap between the Dulcie North and Dulcie deposits.
This story does not have two clearly opposing sides.
Zenith completed its first drilling program at Dulcie Central, with 20 of 24 holes intersecting gold mineralisation.
Zenith reported the final assay results and said it would assess the potential for a maiden resource estimate.
Zenith is preparing applications for an 850-hole infill drilling program, subject to approvals and other conditions.

What people are saying
These results complete our first drilling programme at Dulcie Central, where 20 of 24 holes intersected gold in an area not included in our existing 675,000 oz Mineral Resource.
Our focus now turns to assessing the potential for a maiden mineral resource at Dulcie Central.
