Olga Zueva and Danila Kozlovsky dispute child support in court

Actress Olga Zueva has taken Danila Kozlovsky to court over child support for their six-year-old daughter.

The former couple’s daughter lives with Zueva in New York, where she was born and is growing up.

Zueva says payments stopped after a court order and later resumed at about 80% less than the earlier monthly amount.

She says the payment does not cover rent, and that proposed cost-sharing leaves out housing, furniture for the child’s room and holidays.

Kozlovsky rejects her claims and says he has continued supporting his daughter and taking part in her life.

The dispute follows the end of the couple’s relationship; Zueva says months of talks did not resolve the payment issue.

Their next court hearing is scheduled to be held behind closed doors, at Kozlovsky’s side’s request.
