PGAS director Catur Dermawan bought 25,000 shares in Indonesia’s state-owned gas company, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, for investment.

He paid Rp1,295 per share, or Rp32.37 million in total, for the purchase on October 30, 2026.

His holdings rose from 100,000 to 125,000 shares, while his reported voting rights remained at 0.00%.

PGAS shares opened at Rp1,370 on November 3 and traded between Rp1,365 and Rp1,390 in the morning.

Separately, PGAS and two subsidiaries agreed to buy North Hub LNG from a group of sellers, including Pertamina.

The deal is estimated at US$1.55 billion and covers deliveries from 2029 through December 2037, with an option to extend to the end of 2038.

PGAS says the agreement could strengthen its long-term gas supply for its gas trading business.
