Gang of Four to play São Paulo and Curitiba in March
Gang of Four has announced two shows in Brazil for March next year.
The British post-punk band will play at Cine Joia in São Paulo on the 13th and Cine Lido in Curitiba on the 14th.
Tickets are on sale through Fastix.
Formed in England in the late 1970s, the band became known for mixing punk with funk and dub and for politically critical lyrics.
Its influence reached bands including Nirvana and R.E.M. The shows follow a farewell tour in 2025, which the band later said ended its large-scale touring, not the group itself.
The band remains active, having released the song “No Kings Here!”
in April with criticism of Donald Trump’s government.
