Beatrice and Eugenie reportedly visit Sarah Ferguson privately

Royal commentator Phil Dampier says Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have visited their mother privately in recent weeks.

Their mother, Sarah Ferguson, is reportedly living in a rented house in England’s Home Counties after leaving Royal Lodge near Windsor.

The reports say the sisters do not want to be seen with her in public, amid continued scrutiny of her past links to Jeffrey Epstein.

Dampier says the sisters are trying to support Ferguson behind the scenes, but their relationship is not as close as it once was.

Ferguson’s connection to Epstein has brought reputational pressure and losses of charity roles.

She and her former husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor were also stripped of their royal titles and left Royal Lodge.
