Nine companies await IPOs on Indonesia Stock Exchange

Nine companies are waiting to list shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta, according to data as of November 6, 2026.

The exchange’s IPO queue includes four healthcare companies, two in basic materials, two in energy and one in finance.

Five of the companies have assets worth 50 billion to 250 billion rupiah, three have assets above that range, and one has less than 50 billion rupiah.

So far in 2026, seven companies have listed and raised 2.16 trillion rupiah.

The exchange also has 29 bond and sukuk offerings planned by 19 issuers, with financial and infrastructure companies prominent in that queue.

These figures show that companies are seeking funding through both share sales and debt, while investors may see more securities offered on the market.

The exchange data gives the current pipeline, but does not say when the companies or issuers will proceed.
