The Ninth Jedi Creatives Say More of Lah Kara’s Story Could Follow
The Ninth Jedi creatives say Lah Kara’s story could continue beyond its first limited series.
The eight-episode series follows Lah Kara, a Force-sensitive girl who survived a massacre and is training to become a Jedi.
Her story began in a Star Wars: Visions episode, continued in a later episode, and led into the new series.
Director Shunsuke Tada called the series “only Episode IV” of a larger saga, comparing its planned scope to Luke’s three-film story.
Supervising director Kenji Kamiya is open to making more if an opportunity arises and his ideas fit what new fans want.
The series is the first release under the Visions Presents banner and has been widely acclaimed.
No follow-up has been confirmed, and Visions stories are not necessarily part of Star Wars’ ongoing canon.
