Capcom pauses sales of six Resident Evil mascots after disruption
Capcom paused sales of six Resident Evil mascot plush toys after disruption when they went on sale in Japan.
The toys are part of the company's Capcoroll mascot range, featuring characters from the video game series.
Capcom said customer safety was its top priority in deciding to stop sales from October 17.
The pause affects six designs, including one featuring Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil Requiem.
The company apologized to people who had been waiting to buy the toys.
Sales are expected to resume once safe buying arrangements are ready.
Capcom said it will announce the sales method and start date later.
