GM showcases electric Escalade IQ at South Korea mobility expo

General Motors is showcasing its electric vehicle technology and development work at the 2026 Korea Future Mobility Expo in Daegu, South Korea.

The display includes the 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ, alongside interactive exhibits and information about jobs at GM's technical center in Korea.

The expo covers future transport, including clean mobility, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, batteries and charging infrastructure.

At a conference on October 21, GM Technical Center Korea president Brian McMurray said mobility in the AI era also depends on human judgment, responsibility and trust in technology.

GM Technical Center Korea is the company's second-largest research and development organization, after its US headquarters, and works across vehicle design, engineering, testing and production technology.

The expo runs through October 24, giving visitors and industry representatives more time to see GM's technology and meet its teams.
