Antigravity adds watch and ring controls to its A1 drone

Antigravity has introduced a Follow Me kit for its A1 drone, adding a wristwatch remote and a ring remote.

The A1 uses 360-degree cameras, allowing users to choose what to show in their footage after recording.

The new controls let the drone track and film a person, while users can guide it with hand gestures instead of wearing the original goggles and using its motion controller.

The watch shows a preview from the drone and offers controls for launches, video modes and preset flight moves.

The complete kit costs $799 in the US, while the watch and ring accessories cost $340; the propeller guards are included in the full kit.

The lower-cost setup makes the drone easier to use without a headset, though testing found that the drone can still crash or lose track of its subject.

Antigravity has not given a next update date in the information available.
