Fan identified after trying to strike Camavinga at the Clásico
Catalan police identified and reported a fan after an incident during a Clásico at Barcelona’s Camp Nou.
The fan tried to strike Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga and other players as they celebrated Kylian Mbappé’s second goal; one account says the fan used a flagpole.
No injuries were reported, so the offence is expected to be treated as serious.

The accounts differ on the possible stadium ban: one gives six months to two years for a serious offence, while the other says it could be two to five years.
Barcelona helped police identify the fan, who belongs to a group in the club’s Grada 1957 supporters’ section.
