Police separate Vito Quiles supporters and antifascist protesters in Seville

On Monday, far-right influencer Vito Quiles held a public event in Seville during a tour of Spanish cities.

His original venue was Puerta de Jerez, but police moved the gathering nearby after an antifascist protest was called for the same area.

Police kept Quiles’s supporters and protesters apart with officers and barriers.

Brief clashes included people running and throwing chairs, but police contained them.

Quiles spoke to young supporters and criticised the Spanish government and Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.

His tour aims to mobilise young right-wing voters ahead of Spain’s November 29 general election.

The gathering ended without major incidents, and no further plans were reported.
