2 Cold Scorpio gets six-year sentence, with possible path to probation
Charles Scaggs, known in wrestling as 2 Cold Scorpio, has been sentenced to six years in prison in Missouri.
He pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and armed criminal action charges.
The case began after a June 2024 confrontation at a Kansas City gas station where he was working as a security guard, leaving another man with injuries.
Scaggs said he acted in self-defense.
He was later taken into custody after admitting he had brandished a firearm while out on bond, violating his bond conditions.
The court ordered him to complete a 120-day state program that assesses his conduct and progress.
If he completes it successfully and a judge approves, he could serve the rest of his sentence on probation in the community; otherwise, he could remain in prison for the full term.
