Nearly 4,928 homes open for applications in South Korea next week
Home applications will open at five sites across South Korea in the first week of November, with 4,928 homes listed in total.
Major projects include 1,110 homes at Gyeyang New Town in Incheon and 695 at a complex near Unjeong Jungang Station in Paju, Gyeonggi Province.
In Seoul’s Gangdong District, 713 homes at Goduk Gangil 3 will be offered through special and general applications on November 4.
The complex has 1,305 homes, but 592 are set aside first for people who won an earlier pre-application round.

Residents may resell to the public at a set price before completing five years of required residence; after that, the resale price can include 70% of assessed gains.
Applications are scheduled for November 3 and 4, though the listed plans may change.
