Boca face Defensa y Justicia with the annual title in reach

Boca Juniors will host Defensa y Justicia in the final round of the regular season this Saturday at La Bombonera.

Boca lead the annual table with 60 points, level with Argentinos Juniors but ahead on goal difference; Rosario Central have 59.

Finishing top could bring Boca a title after three years without one.

Sebastián Zunino, who was the fourth official in Boca’s recent Superclásico against River Plate, will referee the match.

Boca have not lost in eight matches refereed by Zunino, winning four and drawing four.

The games at the top of the table will be played at the same time, and the result will determine whether Boca finish first.
