HiteJinro trains 26 employees to lead AI changes at work

HiteJinro trained 26 management employees to find ways to use artificial intelligence in their work.

The South Korean company ran the first session of its AI leadership programme in August and September.

Participants learned a coding method that uses AI and each developed a project for their own work.

Five projects were selected, including a platform to combine field sales data and tools for sales analysis, legal review, promotions and business reporting.

More than half of the proposed projects focused on sales and marketing, while others covered areas such as law and logistics.

The projects aim to make everyday work more efficient by applying AI to practical business tasks.

HiteJinro plans to put the selected projects into use and expand follow-up training.
