Flipkart Group Revenue Rose 18% in FY26 as Net Loss Narrowed

Flipkart Group’s revenue rose 18% to ₹1.45 lakh crore in the financial year ending March 2026, while its net loss narrowed 2.1% to ₹8,468 crore.

These figures cover the wider group, including Myntra, Cleartrip, logistics and other operations, not just the Flipkart shopping marketplace.

The group completed its move from Singapore back to India in March 2026, and its results provide a historical view of the business after that restructuring.

The move returned the group’s holding structure to India ahead of a potential domestic public listing, though no listing date is given.

Higher gross margins and lower overheads improved operating performance, with adjusted operating margin rising from -7.7% to -5.4%.

However, finance costs, tax-related changes and exceptional items limited the improvement in the group’s overall net loss.

Flipkart’s e-commerce arm had a different result, with revenue down 19.3% to ₹16,295 crore and its net loss rising to ₹5,498 crore.
