TBS baseball broadcast could delay VIVANT on October 25

TBS will broadcast the Japan Series game live on Sunday, October 25, the same evening it has scheduled VIVANT.

The game at Yokohama Stadium is the second of the series, between the Yokohama DeNA BayStars and the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks.

The baseball broadcast is scheduled to end at 9 p.m., when VIVANT’s 22nd episode is due to start.

TBS says that if the game lasts more than three hours, it will extend the broadcast until the game ends.

That could push VIVANT to a later start, though the exact timing will depend on the game.

VIVANT is a hit drama in its second season, and its finale is scheduled for November 8.
