South Korea’s Wince wins ministerial award for quality management

South Korean window maker Wince received a group award from the country’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

The award was presented on October 14 at a World Standards Day ceremony in Seoul, and Wince announced it on October 19.

The award recognized Wince’s standardized production and quality controls covering product manufacturing, installation and after-sales service.

The World Standards Day awards honor businesses and individuals who support standardization and strengthen industrial competitiveness.

The recognition highlights quality standards across the full service process, not just the products Wince makes.

Wince plans to strengthen quality management for its products, installation work and services.
