Centuria Industrial REIT reports new leases and reaffirms FY27 guidance
Centuria Industrial REIT agreed about 25,000 square metres of new leases in the first quarter of FY27, the trust’s financial year.
The Australian industrial property trust reported an average re-leasing spread of 31%, meaning new rents were above the rents on leases being replaced.
It reaffirmed FY27 funds-from-operations guidance of 18.8 to 19.2 cents per unit and distribution guidance of 17.3 cents per unit.
The trust also sold a property in Bundamba, Queensland, for $34.25 million, matching its book value.
The leasing and guidance point to continued income from its property portfolio, while the sale removes the risk of that property becoming vacant.
