Saudi Arabia suspends 66 recruitment offices over violations

Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Ministry took action against 67 recruitment offices after finding regulatory violations in the third quarter of 2026.

It immediately suspended 66 offices and revoked the license of one office that did not fix its violations within the allowed period.

The violations included breaking rules for recruitment and labor services, delaying refunds and failing to address customer complaints.

Recruitment offices help people arrange labor services, and the ministry said its oversight is intended to improve service quality and protect the rights of people involved in contracts.

Customers can use the Musanid platform to contract with accredited providers, track requests, rate providers and report violations.

The ministry said it will continue monitoring providers and penalizing rule-breakers.
