Turkey's SPK seeks charges against 88 people over three stock markets

Turkey's capital markets regulator will seek charges against 88 people over trading in shares of three companies: Temapol, İsvea and Tera Yatırım.

The regulator said its review found grounds to refer 24 people over Temapol trading, 22 over İsvea and 42 over Tera Yatırım.

People found responsible face two-year trading bans on stock exchanges and other organised markets.

The regulator also decided to cancel some capital markets licences while the bans are in force.

The measures relate to suspected offences under Turkey's Capital Markets Law, but the announcements do not state that anyone has been convicted.

The regulator also ordered temporary suspension of Trive Yatırım's capital markets activities from 00:01 on 7 November 2026.

Its decisions also approved bond and financing-bill issues by two factoring companies and capital increases at three portfolio management firms.
