Sánchez vows to protect abortion rights in Spain’s Constitution
At a PSOE campaign rally in Granada, Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez made promises ahead of Spain’s 29 November election.
He said that if re-elected, he would seek to protect abortion rights in the Spanish Constitution.
He also promised to keep euthanasia rights in place and raise the minimum wage each year while he is prime minister.

He called on voters to give the PSOE a larger majority so it could make progress on housing and social rights.

What we do not want for the world, we do not want for our country.
The right of women in our country to have an abortion is not to be touched.
It is not an alternation, it is a reversal.
Spain is clear proof that hope is more effective than the hatred they spread.
