Gentle Monster plans December launch for Google-powered smart glasses
South Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster announced smart glasses built with Google’s Android XR platform.
The brand says pre-orders open November 12, and the collection is scheduled to launch in December.
The glasses are part of a partnership involving Gentle Monster, Google and Samsung.
They will not have a display, and are designed to use audio and Google’s Gemini AI assistant.
