All’Antico Vinaio to give employees €600 in vouchers by December

All’Antico Vinaio will give each employee €600 in extra support from October to December.

The Italian chain’s founder and CEO, Tommaso Mazzanti, announced the measure as the cost of living rises.

The money will come as €200 a month in vouchers that workers can use for groceries, fuel, transport, Christmas purchases or travel.

The support is available to the company’s employees in Italy.

It adds to an existing welfare package of up to €3,000 per employee in Italy, which Mazzanti said had been announced the previous year.

The extra vouchers are intended to help workers with everyday costs and will be provided through the company’s welfare system.
