White Cliff maps new copper veins at Canada's Rae project

White Cliff Minerals is exploring for copper at its Rae project in northern Canada.

The company completed 4,213 line-kilometres of airborne surveys and collected 848 glacial till samples to help identify and rank targets.

New copper-bearing veins were mapped at Thor East across an area measuring 610 metres by 240 metres.

The Thor and Rocket prospects have not been drilled, and laboratory results from 20 new rock samples are pending.

Earlier drilling at Danvers is guiding the search by helping the company identify geological features linked to copper mineralisation.

The company has also reported copper in drilling at Bornite Hills, another Rae prospect.

The new data will help prioritise possible 2027 drilling, but the company has not confirmed a drilling plan or schedule.

Drilling at Danvers has sharpened our understanding of the structures, breccias and basalt flow contacts associated with copper mineralisation,

We are applying that knowledge to prioritise targets at Bornite Hills, Thor and Rocket, while the regional survey also supports assessment of the separate sediment-hosted copper opportunity.
