Bank Mandiri Agrees to Sell Its Inhealth Stake to IFG Life for Rp570 Billion

Bank Mandiri agreed to sell its 20% stake in Inhealth to IFG Life for Rp570 billion.

The deal covers 200,000 shares and was set out in a conditional share sale agreement signed on October 26, 2026.

Inhealth is an Indonesian life insurer, and IFG Life already owns 80% of it.

If the sale goes ahead, IFG Life will own all of Inhealth, while Bank Mandiri will no longer hold shares in the company.

The banks described the sale as part of a plan to consolidate state-owned life insurance businesses under IFG and Danantara Asset Management.

The transaction does not require shareholder approval because its value and other measures fall below the threshold for a material transaction.

The agreement is conditional, and no further steps or completion date were stated.
