Al Qadsiah and Al Hilal meet with one point between them

Al Qadsiah host Al Hilal in a Saudi Pro League match between the top two teams.

Al Qadsiah have 25 points from 10 matches, while Al Hilal have 24 from nine and a game in hand.

Their squads cost €792 million to assemble, according to data that includes transfer fees and related bonuses but excludes players’ annual wages.

That cost is different from current market value, which is based on factors such as players’ age, performance and contracts.

Al Hilal’s squad cost €535 million, compared with €257 million for Al Qadsiah.

The two squads have a combined market value of €392.16 million, and Al Qadsiah’s Tijjani Reijnders is valued highest among their players at €50 million.

The result could shift the top of the table: a win would let Al Qadsiah open a four-point gap, while Al Hilal could move two points ahead before playing their postponed match against Al Riyadh, scheduled for 19 December.
