Municipal election results begin coming in across Waterloo region and Guelph

In Kitchener, Mayor Berry Vrbanovic was ahead with 60 per cent of the vote after four of 44 polls reported.
Most locations used vote-counting machines, and results were expected to come in fairly quickly.
Counts were still incomplete, and results from Cambridge, Guelph and the townships had not yet been reported.
