WWE Sets Royal Rumble 2027 for February 6 in Arizona
WWE will hold the 40th Royal Rumble on February 6, 2027, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The company reportedly considered February 20, which would have placed the event one week after Super Bowl LXI and offered a chance for promotion during Super Bowl coverage.
WWE kept the earlier date because the later one would have required calendar changes and conflicted with NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix.
A combined SmackDown and Lucha Libre AAA event is planned at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale on February 5.
Royal Rumble tickets go on sale to the public November 18, while ticket details for the other show are expected in the coming weeks.
The event is part of a multi-year agreement between TKO and the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance covering seven events across WWE, UFC, Zuffa Boxing and Professional Bull Riders.
