Satu Visi Putra to issue 120.7 million new shares in private placement

Satu Visi Putra plans to issue 120.7 million new shares through a private placement, a sale of shares to selected investors rather than the public.

The Indonesian company has set the price at Rp994 per share, and shareholders approved the plan on 30 September.

Three companies will buy the new shares, including Harmoni Semesta Investama, an investment company owned by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina.

Another buyer, Trinugraha Thohir Harmoni, is an investment company owned by the family of businessman Garibaldi Thohir.

The placement will raise the company’s paid-up capital while slightly reducing the public’s ownership share, from 19.99% to 19.24%.

The company’s controlling ownership will not change significantly, according to the disclosed post-issue shareholdings.

The new shares are scheduled for distribution on 28 October, listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 29 October, and a results announcement on 30 October.
