Janhvi and Arjun Kapoor say Boney was paid for hair transplant

On Koffee With Karan, Janhvi and Arjun Kapoor said their father was paid for a hair transplant.

The siblings were speaking with host Karan Johar during a rapid-fire segment when Janhvi shared the detail about film producer Boney Kapoor.

Boney’s hair transplant drew attention in 2024 after his appearance changed and he appeared in material for a hair clinic.

Janhvi said the procedure was part of a paid brand promotion, rather than something Boney paid for himself.

She also said five more promotional banners showing his hair before and after the procedure had been approved.

The comments came during a light exchange on the show, where Arjun joked about the banners and Varun Dhawan praised Boney’s hair.

More promotional material featuring Boney is expected, according to Janhvi.
