Disney+ to Add Channel 4 Shows and Live Channel in UK and Ireland
Disney+ will add Channel 4’s live channel and on-demand shows for subscribers in the UK and Ireland from early 2027.
The deal includes shows such as Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Maya and Big Mood.
Some new Channel 4 shows will arrive on Disney+ when they are released on Channel 4, with more titles added regularly.
Subscribers will also be able to watch hundreds of hours of Channel 4 programmes and its full broadcast channel on Disney+.
The Channel 4 content will be included at no extra cost in existing Disney+ subscriptions.
Channel 4 says the partnership can help its programmes reach people who do not use its own services, while Disney+ gains more local content.
The deal expands a growing strategy of partnerships between Disney+ and European broadcasters; the companies have not said how much it is worth.
