Jalisco names Luis Guillermo Félix Castro to lead state tax service
Pablo Lemus appointed Luis Guillermo Félix Castro to lead Jalisco’s State Tax Service in Mexico.
The appointment followed Carlos Arias Madrid’s move to become Jalisco’s secretary of government.
Félix Castro had been the agency’s director general of strategic planning since 2025.
