Naturgy moves more than 700 employees to new Madrid offices
Naturgy has moved more than 700 employees to a new office building on Josefa Valcárcel street in Madrid since early October.
Most moved from the company’s San Luis 77 offices, while some are coming from its Avenida de América headquarters.
The new site is owned by Merlin and has more than 18,000 square metres across six floors.
The move brings teams together and gives them updated work areas, shared spaces and technology infrastructure.
Naturgy moved most of its Madrid workforce to Avenida de América in 2021, but some business teams remained at San Luis.
The San Luis lease ends in late 2026, and the building’s owner is seeking a new tenant.
The Josefa Valcárcel offices will support Naturgy’s existing corporate headquarters on Avenida de América.
