Mohun Bagan come from behind to beat Sporting Club Delhi 2-1

Mohun Bagan Super Giant beat Sporting Club Delhi 2-1 in an Indian Super League match at New Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Sporting Club Delhi took the lead in the 23rd minute when Lalrinliana Hnamte scored from a pass by Manoj Mohammad.

Lee Erwin equalised for Bagan in the 56th minute, finishing after Rahul Bheke sent the ball into the box.

Miguel Figueira scored four minutes later to put Bagan ahead, with Lalengmawia Ralte setting him up.

Bagan had started slowly but became more forceful after half-time, while Delhi pushed for an equaliser late in the game.

Bagan held on to secure all three points from the league match.
