Spanish police arrest members of neonazi group Núcleo Nacional
Spanish police arrested members of Núcleo Nacional in a seven-province operation on Friday.
Reports put the number of arrests at 12 or 14, and the operation was still under way.
The group is being investigated for alleged hate crimes and illegal association, as well as weapons possession, according to one account.
The investigation began after February disturbances in Gijón, where several students were injured during events linked to the group.
The unrest followed a protest against plans to remove a sculpture that regional authorities considered a symbol glorifying fascism.
Seven people seen as possible leaders are due to be taken to Asturias for questioning on Sunday; other detainees are to appear before local courts.
