Bellona Hospitality targets 100 restaurants and up to ₹650 crore revenue by FY30

Bellona Hospitality, the food and beverage arm of Phoenix Mills, plans to grow its restaurant business in India.

It currently operates 32 restaurants across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Lucknow.

The company reported about ₹150 crore in revenue in FY26.

It aims to reach 100 restaurants and annual revenue of ₹600–650 crore by 2029–30.

Bellona has set aside ₹100 crore for the expansion, to be funded through its own cash flow.

It plans to add outlets in cities where it already operates, then consider markets including Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR, as well as new Phoenix malls in Kolkata and Indore.

The company says it will focus on India for now, with much of the expansion led by its Cha, Ishaara and Eight brands.
