Paul Langmack, a former rugby league player and coach, has died aged 61.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs confirmed his death, but the cause has not been established by the club.

Langmack played 174 games for the Bulldogs and helped them win three premierships in 1984, 1985 and 1988.

He also played for Western Suburbs and Sydney, represented New South Wales four times and later coached South Sydney.

After his playing career, he continued to work in rugby league and helped create mental health support programs for young people and current and former players.
