Amper invests nearly €230 million and adds seven senior executives

Spanish company Amper has invested nearly €230 million in buying Teltronic, Zeleros and Freqcon in recent months.

The purchases are part of its 2026-2028 strategic plan, launched in late April.

Amper has also hired seven executives from other companies, including Indra, Sacyr, Seur and Schneider Electric.

Most of the new appointments are in its Defence and Security business, which covers areas such as communications, protection systems and energy management.

Jorge Mínguez, who joined from Indra, will lead communications and help integrate Teltronic, Amper's largest acquisition so far.

The hires also include leaders for corporate finance, internal control, sales and international expansion.

Amper is working on a fourth acquisition, though no details are given.
