Abhishek Sharma sets annual T20I sixes record

India opener Abhishek Sharma set a new T20I record for sixes in a calendar year during the fourth match against the West Indies in Hyderabad.

He hit his 69th six of 2026, passing Suryakumar Yadav’s previous mark of 68, set in 2022.
