Duke beats Tennessee 103-64 in final preseason exhibition

Duke beat Tennessee 103-64 in a men’s basketball exhibition at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina.

The No.

2 Blue Devils took control early, leading by double digits less than five minutes into the game.

Duke’s lead reached 20 before the 10-minute mark and grew to 28 in the first half.

Tennessee ended the preseason with back-to-back double-digit losses, after also losing to Xavier.

The game was an exhibition, so it does not count toward teams’ regular-season results.

Tennessee has a largely new roster, with nine players arriving from other college teams and only four returning.

The game was the Volunteers’ final preseason exhibition.
