Timex and Noah set to launch $228 Boatswain watch
Timex and clothing brand Noah are launching the Boatswain watch on 15 October.
The collaboration’s new quartz watch has an elliptical case and a rope-pattern minute track, a subtle nautical detail on its dial.
It costs $228 and comes in stainless steel or gold-tone steel.
The design uses Roman numerals and vintage-inspired styling, with a brown leather strap on the steel version and a black one on the gold-tone version.
The Boatswain follows the partners’ MK1 Anchor watch, released in August for $248, and has a smaller, dressier shape.
It offers a more understated take on nautical styling than that earlier model.
It is scheduled to go on sale through Noah’s website at 11 a.m.
US Eastern time; pricing for the UK and Europe has not been confirmed.
