Hamdallah and Al-Mahdioui argue after Al-Taawoun’s first half

Al-Taawoun teammates Abdulrazaq Hamdallah and Ashraf Al-Mahdioui argued as they left the pitch at half-time.

The incident happened at Wolves Park during a Saudi Pro League match against Al-Qadsiah, with the score 0-0 at the break.

The dispute began with criticism of how the team was playing, and Al-Mahdioui responded angrily to Hamdallah’s words and gesture.

Other players stepped in to separate them before they entered the tunnel to the dressing rooms.

The exchange drew attention because Hamdallah has had earlier disputes with teammates, including a 2025 disagreement with former Al-Shabab teammate Yannick Carrasco over who would take a free kick.

No further action over the latest incident was stated.
