Cibus Tec 2026 will bring food technology firms to Parma

Cibus Tec 2026 will run in Parma from 27 to 30 October, bringing together companies that make technology for the food and drink industry.

The fair is expected to host 1,300 exhibitors from more than 35 countries and about 40,000 visitors.

Italy’s food and beverage machinery sector has more than 2,000 companies and over 62,000 workers, with revenue above €16 billion.

Italian machinery is strongly focused on export markets, especially equipment for food processing and packaging.

Italy shares global leadership in the sector with Germany and China, whose market share has doubled over the past decade.

The fair will feature more than 450 product innovations, with a focus on improving performance, saving energy and using resources more efficiently.

More than 3,000 buyers from over 90 countries are expected, and the event will include dedicated areas for bakery, beverages and wine technology.
