Zurich investment firm Arvy partners with former UBS analyst
Zurich investment firm Arvy has partnered with Global Macro Cycle Partners, founded by former UBS analyst Michael Riesner.
Together, they will produce analysis of economic trends and financial market cycles.
The weekly series, called “arvy Macro Cycles,” will cover stocks, interest rates, currencies and commodities, as well as central bank decisions, economic data and geopolitical developments.
The partnership adds a broader economic view to Arvy’s existing analysis of individual companies and industries.
Riesner spent more than 20 years in investment banking and led UBS Investment Bank’s technical stock analysis in Switzerland for 15 years.
His firm says it serves more than 200 institutional clients across six continents.
Arvy has also added Marco Studer to its board, bringing experience in Swiss private banking and wealth management.
The new analyses are due to appear weekly on Substack and X.
