Oscar Kuchera’s wife sues over posts about fatal dog attack

Yulia Kuchera has sued two women in a Moscow court over their social media posts about a dog incident at a family hotel in Tver region.

Kuchera, the wife of actor Oscar Kuchera, says the posts spread false information about what happened.

She is asking the women to withdraw their posts and pay 500,000 rubles in moral compensation.

One woman, who owned a Pomeranian named Fabi, says Kuchera’s American bully attacked her husband while he was walking two Pomeranians on August 17.

She says the dog killed Fabi and bit her finger, and that a five-year-old girl saw the incident.

The two sides give sharply different accounts: Kuchera calls the posts false, while the dog’s owner describes an attack.

Oscar Kuchera’s family has not commented on the allegations.

The case is now before the Moscow court, but no further court steps are stated.
