Rajat Patidar has withdrawn from India A’s Rising Stars Asia Cup squad to manage existing injuries.

He has asked the BCCI not to consider him for selection in the 50-over format for now.

Ayush Badoni replaces Patidar, while Rinku Singh becomes vice-captain under captain Tilak Varma.

The tournament runs from November 19 to 29 in Doha, Qatar.

India A will face Nepal, Pakistan A and the UAE in Group B, beginning with Nepal on November 20.

The top two teams in each group advance to the semi-finals, with the final set for November 29.
